Gary was born in Phoenixville, PA.  He and his wife, Iris, lived in southeast PA, along with their two sons, until 1996, when he retired from the Teamsters and moved to Anchorage.  In 2009, they moved to Big Lake. Gary was elected to the BLCC Board in 2011.

 
Margaret Billinger, Board Member

Margaret was elected to the BLCC Board in 2011, after previous service as a past Board President. She also serves as President of the Big Lake Chamber, and Board member of: State Chamber of Commerce, State American Red Cross, Red Cross Matsu and Big Lake Trails. Margaret is a Realtor with Prudential Jack White Vista RE Wasilla. 

Jim Stirling, Board Member

Jim has been a BLCC board member since 2009, after previously serving in early 2000.   He is the owner of Alaska Traffic Accident Consultants based in Anchorage. Jim has lived in Big Lake since 1992.
